Dinner yesterday: surf and turf

Had a craving for seafood yesterday. Got some oysters and cooked ribeye (I slashed the crust with white truffle butter while it rested), shrimp and asparragus, had some brie and cherries for dessert. All in all a great complete and balanced dinner.
