As I posted earlier I made CWM ribs on the Fourth of July. I have been sad for two days since learning of Car Wash Mike's passing. Tears came today. I may or may not fix ribs this weekend. But I can assure you no Fourth of July will pass without ribs on the menu. 'Round my house they will forever be known as Car Wash Mike's Memorial rib recipe. If its the Fourth, we will be eatin' ribs, gooood ribs.
