First cook on the Egg. Nice and simple. Pork chops two ways one smoked, one seasoned. Local veggies are starting to come in. Top it off with the best garlic bread I have ever grilled. Tonight, ribs for my niece's birthday.

Garlic bread was just fresh garlic, butter, little salt and pepper and I can't lie, Accent(msg). I know it is not the best for you,but I really love the flavour it brings out
The bread turn out so moist though, crusty yet soft if that makes sense
  • Congrats Mr. H.
