I want to put some brat's on the egg. Can you help what temp & about how long??

I simmer, not boil, them in beer and onions for about 20 minutes. When they reach 157 internal temp they are done. Then I grill them direct to put some color on them and make them pretty. -RP

i'm a straight grill fan. 400 on a raised grid, roll them around to get some color. in germany, a little char is good, but not enough to break the sking. golden brown, no char is how i like them.
i can only get the eight or nine footers!

These were done on the mini at 325° dome. AZRP's done temperature works just fine for a nice moist brat.

yep. shoulda said the same. about 160 for me when i serve "people". when i serve myself or family, heck. 150-ish. EssxCo was razzing me because he wanted 120.
