Well,maybe on the forum and egg cook posts.I canned some of Viadalia1 and Mint Tulip's Jalepenos today.I went 1 step further and waterbath canned em so I did not have to refridgerate them.This is a portion of what I've been up to lately.I have about this many at the office and have given away just as many more.This FREAKIN garden is KILLIN ME!!! :S

    Great job! This is when I really miss my Dad. He's the one that did the canning in the family. His pickled beets and his pickles were to die for! Should have paid attention and learned from him while I had the chance.

    I know what you mean.My Mom always did it but I never paid attention. :blush: :( .She is gone now but your local Extension Office has a WORLD of info on doing it correctly. ;)

    Really OLD pics.The tomatoe plants are taller than the stakes now and just starting o ripen.
