that a stubbon somebody has decided to turn over a new leaf and eat a little healthier, maybe not eat steaks and burgers -- red meat, yum -- twice a week. Could this certain somebody perhaps make it off a lot of fresh chicken ideas perhaps mixed in with a little fish and the occasional pork dishes to go along with those here and there burgers? If so what would the forum recommend in terms of healthier yet equally delicous entrees for this certain somebody??

Veggies, veggies, and beans!! Really, you can make such tasty veggy dishes on the egg. Get a bunch of colors of squash, onions and toms. Spice, grill em and chop em up. Top with cheese. Squash is another terrific veggy, beets, cabbage, romaine. fish of all kinds. bean dishes are fabulous too.
Hope that helps.Molly

Also, try boneless & skinless chicken thighs. Grill direct at 350, raised grid about 20 minutes. Lemon juice and olive oil marinade with Greek Seasoning worked well for me tonight with these chicken thighs. Yummm yummm.
