Shrimp for Dinner

Decided to have shrimp tonight. Soaked shrimp for 10 minutes in Tobasco (you may want to go lighter on the hot sauce heat). Generous sprinkling of Tony Chachere's "More Spice" Seasoning. Cook. When done (looks like one side of the egg was hotter than the other...), sprinkle a little more Tony's on top and serve. Delish!

Comment: The LGBE looks new in the photo. I've had mine since 1991. About two months ago cracks started forming in the base section. At a month ago I called HQ -- all they wanted was a few photos -- I posted them here as well. They sent out a replacement immediately. My original gasket lasted 10 years, but it was time to change. Decided to go with the Rutland gasket -- thanks to Naked Whiz for the in-depth analysis. All working great -- first cook in the "new" rig. Waz

I tried to flip a gazillion wings the other week by placing a grid on top. I lost a few of them to the ground. -
