Howdy...
I´m just back from Holland, had lots of fun and cooked a ton of food at the european Eggfest.
It was held at a very old and well known farmhouse in a park. About 500 People were around and 40 Eggs cooking along.
Heres some Pics i took of the event and the fingerfood i cooked.
Some flowers for the girls
Somehow my headlights were adjusted too high on the way back home

Don, the European fest looks great. When and where will the next European fest be held. I'd like to try to make one, but would need to plan in advance. the ffod looks great and the venue looks so relaxing.
I'm considering egging at the 2012 Terra Madre in Turin if I can get a spot and line up an egg or two in Italy. However, the spaces are competitive and I fear my application may be rejected due to the carbon impact of lump charcoal cooking. Do you have any interest this? -
Outstanding!
Soooooo, looks like you went home with a Big Daddy XLarge! Congrats. :cheer: Musta been a ba** buster getting that lifted into your wagon.
Wow, nice Eggfest over there. Looks like a great time. I'd have no problem demoing the egg over in Holland. I don't speak the language... I'd let the food do the talkin for me. :silly:
The food you cooked up, all of it looks fantastic. You probably sold a couple eggs, if not, more. Nice work Don! Have fun with your new egg. -
Don, great setting and yummy looking finger food. Is that sausage meat in the pinwheel? What's at the tip of the skewered pineapple?
