while the canadians were trying to smoke us out in the north east we steamed up some lobsters and previously egged corn. man you guys must have some big fires up there, couldnt see across the lake with all the smoke settling down

Nice looking meal. It's been about 6 months since my last lobster dinner at home. This inspires me. Gotta do it soon.
By the way, I assume you've been getting fiddleheads. They are still for sale at the Andover MB. We've blanched and frozen a bunch. -
should stop over and see what they have, i pickled a bunch and they are already all gone. they dont last long. i think lobster prices are on the rise again, get some before the july holidays. was getting them around 3 bucks a pound up north, they were just over 5 this weekendfukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
