Memorial Day Ribs

These were served with Memphis baked beans, tri colored pasta salad, and corn on the cob. A coating of mustard was put on the ribs then a mixture of two rubs combined was liberally applied. The last hour of the cook they were sauced with Carnivore's sweet bbq sauce (good stuff).
