Advice - sauce coverage

Hey all - looking for some guidance here. We are fielding a team for a Chicken Wing event next month. We anticipate making 1000 wings over a few hour period. We will dry rub them and finish some with a sauce.
Any idea how much sauce and rub we'd need for that many wings? Appreciate your input!

That sounds like fun! What's the event?
A recipe like wings should scale linearly, since each wing will get the same amount of rub and sauce whether you're doing 10 or 1000. I'd run a couple of test batches till you get your proportions right, then multiply out to get your totals.

Thanks for the reply and input - I'll experiment with that idea.
The event is "Wings on the Water" one of the activities of the Spring Lake Heritage Festival in Spring Lake, Michigan.
We are trying to make it our first attempt at a mini eggfest. We hope to drum up interest in Big Green Eggs, Dizzy Pig Rubs and Ole Ray's Sauces. -
