Advice - sauce coverage

Hey all - looking for some guidance here. We are fielding a team for a Chicken Wing event next month. We anticipate making 1000 wings over a few hour period. We will dry rub them and finish some with a sauce.

Any idea how much sauce and rub we'd need for that many wings? Appreciate your input!
