Hi, My name is Scott and I'm an Eggoholic.

2 months ago I pulled the trigger on a lge BGE. I've cooked on her every night since she came home. I've since added a nest, mates and I brought home a BBQ Guru DigiQ II yesterday.

Here are pics of a couple cooks I have done so far:

1st cook - Chicken Kabobs

I'm a psychic (rubbing temples with eyes closed)...you recently purchased your cooking device from a Man with an Axe? I see many, many woodstoves as well...
    (snaps out of trance)
Oh my God, that was a powerful vision!

Welcome to the forum! That's a pretty nice label on that homebrew.

Smoked a brisket for 12 hours. Had trouble with my temps so I did some research on controlling temps and came up with a few things I am going to try next time including my new Guru.
