How to "T-Rex"

Been seeing a lot about this "T-Rex" method of doing steaks, just wondering what it is about? I did honestly try to find it before re-posting again... See:

Half the time I can find stuff, the other half I just get 0 hits.

Whacky, I can't figure out that crazy search thing either and I've been on here for almost 2 yrs. It's not real user friendly. Sometimes I find things sometimes I don't.

You're close. Remove the hyphen from your search term, and all shall be revealed (TRex).

Like Anne said, remove the hyphen.

You have to try different spellings when searching because people spell things different ways. That being said, the search feature IS still frustrating, especially if you remember who posted something, but can't identify the poster from the search results.

Also the TRex method is posted in the Cookbook - beef section.
