Great job Jason!!!
Those look really good. -
How long was the total cook. They look great, by the way.
-
Jason, It looks like they came out perfect. Nice job.
Brian -
I actually suprized myself they were very good and I have this forum and its members to thank!
-
Thanks RollTide, the total cook was 6 hours, I kept them at 250 for 5 1/2 then brought up the temp to 400 when I sauced them for the last half hour.
-
Very Nice
-
Thanks Brian, they were very good. 4 adults and 2 kids = all 3 racks gone.
-
ChargerGuy-- looking really good. What size Egg and is that a deep dish pizza pan? What size?
I am anxious to get ribs, pulled pork and a brisket under my belt -
Q,
Large EGG and it is actually a 16 inch drip pan from the Ceramic Grill store. Works great with the plate setter feet up! -
It has a striking resemblance to a deep dish pizza pan I saw at Costco. Is it aluminum or stainless?
-
Nice looking ribs. I see them bones, most people pull their ribs too soon. Glaze is looking good too...
-
Lookin really nice!
-
Impressive.
Mike -
looks very good!!
-
It is aluminum so I will not be using it at High temps.
-
Car Wash Mike,
From looking at your posts that is a great comliment, thanks! :cheer: -
I always comment on a great rack. They really did look very nice, first time. 2 thumbs up.
Mike -
If i may ask. That last half hour when your saucing do you flip frequently?
-
The meat side never touches the grate. When saucing, I always lay them flat. If you have any trouble, you can e-mail and on Holidays I open up the rib hotline.
Mike -
Cali, I flipped only once during the last 30 minutes and they galzed very nicely.
