Have a nice pile of trimmed pork off of two large spares. How would you egg this after finishing with the spares which I am cooking indirect with plate setter?? Thanks, [p]Ray Price

Babyray,[p]I did some spares today. I took the trimmings, coated with a different rub that I wanted to try, and threaded the trimmings onto a bamboo skewer that I had soaked in water. Cooked in the egg, over the platesetter, for about 2 hrs. Spare-kebobs! Yum![p]Chuck
