OK so the real german butcher I used to go to all of the time closed, but I had a craving for Knockwurst (Knackwurst). I settled for some german style garlic franks. They were great. Also wanted some kraut with them and had some great stuff from Bubbies. As simple and natural as it gets. Along with that I did one with some spicy Kimchi. Quick, simple, yummy.

Here's the 'Raws'
