Sick deal on USDA Prime Wagyu boneless prime rib. I'm planning on cutting mine into rib eyes and enjoying them throughout the summer.〈=en-US
The ultimate Roasted Prime rib or individual grilled rib-eye steaks!
Wagyu is the breed of Steer that produces the world-renowned Kobe Beef of Japan. The beef produced by the Wagyu breed is extremely tender and tasty, with a concentration of flavor that arguably exceeds that of other common breeds. The texture of this incredible steak carries an extra softness along with that world-renowned buttery Kobe flavor.
D’Artagnan’s American Wagyu Beef is raised here in America without hormones or antibiotics.  The cattle are fed only the finest quality, minimally processed grains.  The cattle are raised by guidelines influenced by Japan’s cattle-raising culture, resulting in one of the premium beefs available in the USA.
All of our Wagyu beef has been graded Prime by the USDA.  Prime is the highest grade the USDA awards. This Bone-out Prime Rib Roast can be cut into individual rib-eye steaks or roasted as a whole Prime Rib.  When you want to impress that important guest or just reward yourself and your family on a special occasion or holiday, a roasted Wagyu Beef Roast is the perfect choice!

Is that sick or slick?

Yeah, be sure and let us know how it comes out. It cooks faster, so keep an eye on that.
    Happy Trails

Thanks for the heads up on the Waygu. It is worth every penny they charge. I'm going to give my Costco a call and see if it's avaiable.
  • Do you think they can get it to you before you leave? Wouldn't one of those be nice at the after party!!!!!

Just ordered it and having it shipped fresh. We're going to have on heck of an after party. :)

    Deal of The Day
    $299.99 after $140 OFF
    Monday, April 12, 2010
    Kobe-style Prime Rib
    American Wagyu
    Whole Roast, Boneless
    15 lbs. Minimum Weight
  • Apparently I'll be cooking 7lbs of one at the afterparty, I was looking at 3 1/2 or so at 250. A little faster wouldn't be a bad thing considering the eggs will be in demand. Good news there will be lots of people to do the review.

  • THANKS FOR POSTING THAT! Mine arrived yesterday, and they look great.

Mine arrived today.... And it was 4 pounds short! Only 11 pounds on the scale. I emai.Ed in, we'll see if they take care of it quickly, cause I ain't paying for it to be almost 1/3 light.
