Last Night's Cook: Chicken & Taters

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts rubbed with DP Tsunami Spin and finished with Carnivore Chipotle. Cooked indirect at 350-375. Put the taters on first, as they took about an hour. Had to wrap them in foil because the skin was getting black.
