2 great cooks back-to-back last weekend

Man, I just have to post after the two great cooks that Smokin' Joe and I did last weekend.[p]First, we we did a low-n-slo with 16 pounds of pork butt for about 24 hours. We lightly sauced the pork and put away until Saturday morning. Right after we took the pork off the BGE, we put an eight pound brisket and cooked low-n-slo for 13 hours. Best one yet, pretty freakin' good.[p]We assembled about 45 sandwiches Saturday morning. Individually wrapped in foil, re-heated, and put into a cooler with pre-heated fire bricks and a damp cloth. They were gone in no time.[p]Just had to share with y'all.
