Cooked bacon and eggs for the first time on the egg today. Awesome!! Put the bacon on foil laid out flat. Cooked perfect. Folded up the foil, and removed. Fried the eggs in a cast iron skillet. Best I ever had.

Here's a breakfast I like to cook on my cast iron griddle.

Skillet biscuits are great too.

Got the griddle at Academy Sports for $7 a few years ago. They still carry them but are now over $10.

It has a ribbed side to it as well. For the price you can't go wrong.

I struggle with making a decent biscuit, but I can toss down a few for sure. Especially with a piece of peppery fried chicken and some honey.
