28 day dry aged ribeyes

Even though the Filly and I are dieting we still have red meat once a week. Tonight was 28 day dry aged steaks. One hour in the hot tub at 100 degrees.


Seared on the small at 550 degrees 90 seconds per side.


Plated with some fresh greens. -RP

    A choice ribeye primal 28 days in a 35 degree fridge vacuumed in a dry bag. -RP

    I just finished my 28 days also in a drybag. Those were some really good steaks! I got 13 ribeyes about 1.5 inches each. Too bad it will only last about a little over a month. I guess I should start my next primal right now!
