Had a few extras from a couple other cooks this morning - Sucklebusters Hog Waller on the bacon

Bacon first on the SBGE

Then onions and peppers

Shrooms go in and heating up some garlic sausage I smoked early this morning

Four eggs on top - moved the sausage away from direct heat

Let's eat - Garlic sausage on the side

Very nice Frank. Are we calling it Quiche or Frittata? I make frittata's very similar to yours quite often, albeit indoors most of the time. Adding a tad bit of fresh parmesean gives an extra flavor depth. The leftovers freeze & nuke well for a quick midweek brekfast with a slice of toast.

Your neighbors must love you smell'n up the neighborhood in the morning, especially Saturday morning.

Breakfast is my favorite meal. Absolutely Number One. Anything after that is just eating to be eating.
