Egged a bunch this morning - maybe we will make it through the week :woohoo:

Had the XL and SBGE fired up
Jambalaya and spatchcock chicken on the XL
Boudin, black beans, pineapple, and asparagus on the SBGE

Breakfast - Boudin and black beans

Trying something different - DP Dizzy Dust on one and Rum and Cream de Cocao on the other - added Turbinado sugar to both

The pineapple was real good but my main judge and traveling companion, and chief financial officer have decided brown sugar and DP Pineapple Head is the way to go

Spatch on the XL - tried something different - Raised grid at 550. This rascal was done in less than 45 minutes - skin is eggcelent
