Tonight's dinner was scallops, sweet and white potatoes and a nice salad. Here are the scallops waiting their turn on the Large. Note the glass of "Liquid Chef" off to the side
The snow is beginning to melt away from the Egg finally
A little flame....
After the turn
Dinner's ready
And the leftovers.....
Turned out to be an excellent meal! Thanks for looking

Gee, when you called them "Valentine Scallops" I thought maybe you had trimmed them in the shape of a heart. But then, that would be wasteful. Looks yummy!

That looks fantastic - The Scotch looks nice too, though I hope you didn't have too much as it looks like the snow was up to your knees and could be a bit dangerous out there....
Great post! -
Thanks. Had to keep my knees warm somehow.

Nice leftovers. My kind of meal. What did you use to cook them in? I just picked up some U12s for a surf and turf throwdown.

Thanks Coated lightly with a little EVOO, then sprinkled pretty heavily with DP Tsunami Spin and then lightly with DP Swamp Venom. Was a nice combination. Put 10" CI skillet on hot Egg and let it heat up for 5 mins or so, then added about 3/4 stick of butter. When that melted and began to sizzle, added the scallops. Turned once. They were really good. Enjoy yours!
