170 would be good considering ill bounce back a little. found it easier to lose last winter compared to the summer months. last year there was a small gang here, this year there seems to be just two :laugh: they must have all kept it off

Summer is easy, to me: nice weather, outdoor activities, lots of sun. In winter, I just want to stay indoors, hibernate, and eat starch & fat. It's hard to get motivated to go to the gym when a cold rain is falling!

219 here....struggling with a knee injury so it is all diet right now, and the superbowl didn't help, nor did the panckakes, or the beers....
