Regular. It doesn't had flavoring to the meat but it sure helps your rub stay in place2 LBGE

I use the CHEEP mustard and mix the rub in before applying, then shake more rub on the meat.

Cheap yellow. Also GREAT on steaks. Sprinkle with a little kosher salt.
