Thanks to all of the suggestions - I did it! :) Ended up using some high tech lube a mechanic up the road gave me and then heated up the screws a little...and they screwed right off! Dang - it must have just been around the top because it didn't take but a few seconds and they came right out. I appreciate it guys - I'll post a "finally done" photo in the next few days - with the mini egg on it so it will be on topic. :laugh:

    Thanks Molly - she's an old girl but still in great shape! Boy - the guys on the forum really help me out and saved me a few hundred bucks on seats. I would have had to get 4 made to match the old ones...and custom seats ain't cheap!

    I don't think he said - I'll have to ask. He just pulled something out and turned the seat on it's side...then squirted it so it went down towards the screw holes.

    I'll get the name of the stuff and let you know.
