Howdy...
It was about time to cook some MOINK Balls again last night !
This time i made em about twice the regular size, they ended up having about 2 ounce each.
Seasoned the meat with Buttrub and some extra chipotle powder and cooked them in the small egg with Jack Daniels woodchips.
Glaze was Blues Hog with some extra Honey, Jack Daniels and Chipotle Tabasco.
Yummie !
So long !

Don,
Now I'm hungry, those look so good and thanks for posting. Did you just use ground beef for the meat balls or pork?

Looking forward to see your results Frank !
Remember to let it sit in the fridge overnight after smoking. I know its hard but its really worth it.

The Original MOINK Balls are made with pre cooked italian beef meatballs. I dont get those over here and like fresh product better so i just use ground beef and add a seasoning i like.
