My Large BGE isn't just for grilling, or low 'n slows; it's a fantastic baking machine, too. I've had success with pizzas, platesetter pancakes, cornbread, rolls, and most recently, cinnamon rolls. They tasted better than they looked.

Did you have some glaze to top them? I love C-rolls - and for 99 cents...you can't beat the cheap ones I get at Mrs. Winner's....well, unless they're free at your house. Uhhhhhhhh - did you hear my invite to your house?

if you cooked the right on the platsetter they will get burnt too easily. try a pizza stone or some other thing maybe. I am sure they were still wonderful however!
