First Salmon Cook

Hi All.

I've never cooked salmon on the grill before mainly b/c my wife only eats shellfish! So I said to myself why not cook one and share with the family.

Marinated in White wine, orange juice and soy.
Evoo and salt and pepper befor hittng the grill.
Sorry no prep or egg pics I was running around doing other stuff.

I had a hunk last night for dinner and gave the brother in law a hunk and my Mother a hunk the last hunk made it to today but not past lunchtime! :evil:

I will be doing this alot more! Was one of my favs to date.
