New Egger, First Egg Butt

Bought my first Egg (XL) a week before Christmas. What a terrific cooker!
Put on a Butt at 10pm New Year's Eve rubbed with Bad Byron's. Reached an internal temp of 200 deg at 1pm New Year's Day.
Used a DigiQ dx for the first time. Did an awesome job of regulating the Egg at 225 deg with no variation.
Butt turned out fantastic!

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on the egg. The butt sounds like it was great. One of my first cooks was a butt that turned out fantastic also. I don't talk much about my first brisket. :blink:
