Happy New Year ALL!
I am trying to clean out the freezer for the new year and came across this peice of meat. The label is tough to read from the pic, but the first line read "Beef Round Eye" and just underneath that it read "Round Roast."
I am hoping to make pulled beef, but I am unsure if it can be done. Any help is appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

I think Max has a good Pit Beef recipe. Can't go wrong. Maybe on TNW's site.

I have followed Max's recipe several times with success, but I usually use a Chuck Roast. I assume I am fine with this peice of meat?
By the way, did you watch the Clones last night? Ugly but effective. By the way, I really want to watch your Wildcats - what bowl game are they in again? -
That eye of round will be great. That is what I always use. The Cats stayed home to practice blocking game tying extra points. :woohoo:
#12 and climbing in BB.

you might want to ping FLpoolman as he take it a step further with after slicing and it is cooked again in a sauce. looked good and if I remember right he ate about 10 of them in one sitting -
That looks great! Thanks for sharing the pics and ideas.
