Christmas Ham and deer Guests

This was my Christmas ham. 18lbs, cooked at 325 over pecan chips. Injected with Cajun Honey / praline marinade. Cooked for 7 hours, then wrapped in foil and in cooler for 1 hour. Came out great. Folks loved the outside.
