I am considering the purchase of an electronic cooking temperature control for my bge. What are some of the better controls available?

    The popular controllers are listed and reviewed there.

    I have the DigiQII (q2) and the Stoker. Both are great units and work well.

    The q2 is a one food probe and one fan unit, small and simple to use. The Stoker has a lot of versitility, multiple fans (can control multiple eggs) and multiple food probes which can monitor multiple pieces of foodk on one or more eggs.
