Pork Steaks tonight

Decided to cook thick center cut pork steaks tonight. These are about 1 3/4 inch thick. Cooked them at around 250 degrees for about 6 hours. They were very good.

Okay, so I guess I don't know how to properly attach a photobucket picture to this thread. If you click the first and last you can see it. But the pictures don't automatically come up.

Okay, so how do I get my pictures to post? I have them on Photobucket. I can get the link to work, but many of you get pictures to automatically show in the thread.

Move your curser over the pic. Highlight the img under it. left click the img, copy, then bring it to the body of the post and left click, paste.

Those are really thick porkers. I usually get them about 1 inch thick and weighing about 1 lb. They look great.
