<p />i made lamb chops on the mini:
sprinkled olive oil on all sides of the chop & then coated with this mix: cracked pepper, finely chopped garlic, kosher salt and oregano.
cooked @ 300°F about 4min each side & then removed to rest 20min covered with foil. In the mean time i steamed broccoli in some salted water and made the spaetzle dough, dropping it in boiling water- removed when done & tossed in a frying pan with butter.
