Well I gathered a lot of egg leftovers in the freezer and put them with 20 lbs of lentils, 12 lbs carrots, 12 lbs onions, 15 lbs celery, 10 lbs spinach and so on to comeout with 50 gallons of comfort soup/stew for the local community center. Many people out there are not looking for a hand out, just a hand up. Help if you can and thank the good LORD you have enough to do so...

sounds good. ...looks even better!!!.. sounds like lots of eggers were out cooking for those in need this weekend ... .the guys in PA cooked for over 150 in reading. ...i did almost 45 pounds of pulled pork as part of a group feeding the homeless right here in arlington, VA. . .and now you doing your thing ....

50 gallons is LOT of soup.. that works out to be 640 ten ounce servings ,, ,wow. hope you had help pealing all those carrots.
