This one intrigued me. I've had a 7 pound breast in it for 2 days. Lots of different aromas while this one is boiling.

I am brining a Coca-Cola Turkey this year. I have a 7 pound breast soking for 24 hours in:
1/2 Cup Kosher Salt
2 Liter of Coke
1 Cup Broan Sugar
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
Combine above in bowl and pour into two gallon bag with the bird. Let sit for 24 hrs.If it ain't a CAT, it's a dog!!! 2 LBGE's & BGE Backyard Chef Edition Cart -
OK...so I am taking the lazy way out...lol....this is the brine that is working on my bird as I type...
