I have some ribeye's marinating in the fridge now. They are about to come out and begin hot tubbing. They are 1.5". I plan on a 90 second sear on each side at 600, then pull them and drop the temp to 400 and roast till medium rare. I plan on a thermometer, but can someone give me a general idea of how long they will take to roast???
