THIS WEEKEND'S COOKS: Chicken and Ribs

Some cooks from this weekend. Since the kids usually end up with the drumsticks when we eat chicken, I decided to just go ahead and get a whole tray so that everyone can have some, too. I started out by browning them direct:

Here are the others, waiting to be cooked. I used DP Redeye Express, Shaking the Tree, and some Alamo Salt Works Southwestern seasoning:

    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

    Nice to see you in da hood Mike.

    Using my two favorite rubs - JH Pecan and DD are my favorites on ribs. First reference to Savoie's that I've seen on the forum - they make some a nice sausage.
