After 2 years still not done ribs, after the pic's you sent I must try them. Nice looking cookSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Those look fantastic. I tried ribs for the first time a week or so ago and they wern't as tender as I would have liked. What time\temps did you use?

I had them on @250 for about three hours. I should have taken them off at around 2.5 hrs. Some of the edges were kinda crispy.Manitoba, Canada Large BGE
