After being inspired be my son's cook this week we made some queadillas for lunch. Started with cheddar cheese and hamburger for the kids and sausage, cheese, onions, and jalapenos for mine.

Based on the look in that young lady's eyes, I'll bet you went through a Costco-sized pack of tortillas making those quesadillas.

We love the Quesadillas also.Here is our Chorizo and chicken Ques w/carmelized onions.Keep cooking for the kids-that is great.
