Any ideas on smoking a bologna roll?
I am thinking mustard rub, with or without brown sugar?Any thoughts or suggestions? Also, what temp and how long?

:woohoo: YESSIR! Remove rind,Score 1/2 inch deep all over in a diamond pattern.Make a slather outta soy sauce,worchestershire and yellow mustard.Apply your favorite rub,slather and brown sugar,as much sugar as you can possibly pack on.Wrap in plastic wrap,put in fridge overnite.Set egg up for indirect 250 dome.Pecan wood. Remove 'Loney from fridge,unwrap,apply more sugar if possible. Place 'Loney in a rack over a drip pan half full of cheap beer.Cook 2 hours,turn 'Loney over,add more sugar,cook two more hours.Remove,let cool,slice 3/8 inch thick.Serve as sammies with condiments of choice or slather with favorite BBQ sauce return to grill til hot and serve Smoked BBQed 'Loney.It's YUMMEE!This recepie is for a 5-6 pound 'Loney chub.Alter cooking time depending on chub size.PLEASE POST PICS!
