Spider (also from the ceramic grill store, linked above) and wok, if you and he like chinese food.

Paella pan? Been thinking about one of those myself.
And there's always the ever-popular 2nd or 3rd Egg.I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

My vote is for the spider and the wok from Ceramic Grill store...those 2 items are very versatile...and expand your BGEing horizons...
-
He's already asked for that - due to economy...not this year...Thanks for everyone's input!

Love Chinese food - but we have large and looks like wok is not yet available from Ceramic Grill store... :(
-
Where can we get it?
-
Does he do many low and slow long cooks? Like Butts and briskets? You could always look into the DigiQ.
Large Cast Iron Dutch oven (Bass Pro Shop has lodge). Enameled works well, but a lot more $$$. Great for soups and stews!
Spider and wok are great options, too. -
Unless things have changed, they SHOULD be available. I got my spider and wok for my large. Everything works great.

Where can you get which? If you are referring to paella pans, they are widely available online. I've been looking at the ones from paellapans.com. Never ordered from them, but Istr that others here have.
As for a wok, I just bought mine from a local kitchen supply house. 14" carbon steel, hand hammered and steel D-ring handles. About $12 as I recall. Love it! They had several sizes, but the 14" fits my Large nicely. I've only used it twice, but it is pretty well seasoned given the high heat of the egg.I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Wokshop.com is a good place to order your wok. All sizes and types are available. I have ordered from them and they are very reliable.

As Boilermaker Ben said, they should have em. I got these from them about a month ago. No concept of time here. :( These are for my Lareg Egg.
Good Luck,
Bordello

Recommend going to TJ Voss's website. He has an insert that allows you to cook steak way down low and then reverse to finish roasting the steak. In addition this insert allows to put a wok (he sells that also)in it and you can make some good stuff that way. Have fun.
