Cooking butts for NPR Fund drive

I just put 4 big butts on the XL to cook and deliver to the University tomorrow, the last day of their fund drive. :woohoo: Tomorrow morning I will put on a pot of Carwash Mike's beans to go with the Pork. I would post pics but I am having Photo bucket issues. :angry:

    That's a worthy cause. :) I'll have to consider providing some BBQ for the phone bank volunteers during our local fund raising drive for WYSO, my local NPR station based in Yellow Springs, OH. It's a great station with very diverse programming. I love it.

    I survived the Republican jokes and the butts and beans were a hit. They were very impressed with the moisture with not using a water pan. My wife has been telling them all week how good Egged pulled pork was so once again the Egg came through and impressed the masses. :)
