These are some Mini Meatloafs we cooked yesterday. OMG! The best meat loaf Ive ever had. I think these will be a hit! Enjoy.

Big'un I have never been a big meatloaf fan like in the big bread loaf pan but those look great. Small like that there is more "crust" which I like. Great idea!
