After seeing thirdeye's pulled pork tenderloin I told him about my pulled beef.So here it goes with a five pound bottom round roast sprinkled with Raising The Steak rub.

Then the dutch oven get real hot and time to drop the roast in to sear all over.

After the sear.

Added two cups of beef broth along with one cup red wine into the dutch oven and scraped the drippings loose.Put the roast in and simmered for four hours then pulled.Added the liquid into the meat and mixed it up.This makes a great Sammie without a lot of grease. The cook was indirect with the lid on.

Pile it up into your favorite roll and fixings and enjoy.
