I would like to spatchcock multiple turkeys

I am planning on spatchcocking 2 turkeys on thanksgiving does anyone have ideas on set up in a large egg. and how big of a turkey will fit?

Should be able to do this with two levels of cooking indirect.

I have done 10-12 pounders on a large. I would do them stacked on 2 grids and rotate top to bottom and front 2 back after an hour or so. Watch out for hot spots. Do indirect 350-375F.

At this point I am assuming the American Thanksgiving since today is the Canadian one.
Get TJV's adjustable rig with the spider. You will have enough room for both Turkeys...
