I have a few questions:
1. The only bundt pan we have is the stoneware Pampered Chef bundt pan, will this work?
2. If i prepare tonight, do i let the dough rest 1 hour before putting damp towel over it and putting in the fridge?

The Pampered Chef pan should work fine. Keep the heat down.
PC stoneware pizza stones have not held up well in the egg due to the high heat used when cooking pizza.
Not sure about the 2nd question.
