So, as Blinky stated, I just got my BGE on Sunday, and so far i've cooked burgers, Steaks and last night Prime Rib with potatoes and green beans...all have turned out beautifully...and as are some pics of the cooks i've done :)

    The last pic of the plated prime rib, tators and gravy is just plain cruel to those of us that haven't had any food yet this morning!
